You must be able to walk into a project and manage the renovation from start to finish. Your standard bathroom will already be demolished. We'll go over the bathroom budget once we've had a chance to review the job. , including coordinating and completing the necessary work to deliver a finished, professional bathroom.

Experience should include:

Framing and minor carpentry Drywall and cement board Waterproofing Tile installation Flooring Vanity and cabinet installation Fixtures, toilets, faucets and accessories Painting and finish work Minor plumbing Minor electrical Trim, doors, baseboards and finishing details Final punch list and cleanup While our primary need is bathroom remodeling , experience with kitchens and other interior renovations is a major plus. You will be responsible for managing the job and making sure the project stays organized, progresses efficiently, and is completed within a reasonable agreed-upon timeframe. This is subcontractor work, so there are no set hourly work schedules. We care about reliability, communication, quality workmanship, and getting the project completed properly. Important Regarding Pricing We provide a set project budget upfront based on the scope of work. This budget is firm and non-negotiable. The budget provided is the total amount available for the project, so please review the scope carefully and make sure you are comfortable completing the work within the stated budget before accepting the project. What We're Looking For Reliable, experienced, professional, detail-oriented, able to manage a renovation independently, able to communicate clearly about progress or issues, able to maintain a clean and professional jobsite, and interested in a long-term working relationship rather than one-off jobs.
