Experienced Commercial Roofer / Roof Mechanic Proudly serving Atlanta for 50+ years Apply through the app - no phone calls please. Pay is based on experience and skill level. Must be able to work legally in the United States. We are looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanics to join our growing team. If you take pride in your workmanship, prioritize safety, enjoy working with a professional crew, and want to build a long-term career with a company known for quality, we'd like to hear from you. This position is for experienced commercial roofers. We work primarily on commercial and industrial buildings using single-ply roofing systems, with an emphasis on thermoplastics such as TPO and PVC. If you are NOT experienced in the installation of commercial thermoplastic roof systems and still want to work, apply to our helper/laborer posting and learn the trade.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems Perform detail work including flashings, penetrations, edge metal, and terminations Follow project specifications and manufacturer installation requirements Follow all company and project safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Work closely with foremen, superintendents, and project managers Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and other trades
Requirements:
Previous commercial roofing experience preferred Experience with
TPO, PVC
commercial roofing systems Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights Reliable transportation to and from the shop or assigned jobsites Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team
