Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and replacing residential roofing systems. You will work on a variety of roofing projects and are expected to deliver high-quality workmanship while following proper safety procedures and project specifications. Duties Perform full roof tear-offs and replacements on residential properties Install architectural/dimensional asphalt shingles and 3-tab asphalt shingles according to project specifications Install roofing underlayment, flashing, ice and water protection, ridge caps, and other required roofing components Inspect roof decking and identify areas requiring repair or replacement Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roofing equipment Safely lift and handle roofing materials throughout the installation process Maintain a clean and organized worksite and properly remove roofing debris Follow all applicable roofing and construction safety procedures Complete roofing projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Pay:

$3,500.00 per week
