We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our company. The ideal candidate must be hard-working, reliable, take pride in their work, follows directions, and has a good attitude. Must be very skilled with installing asphalt shingles and able to install 7-10 squares in a day. Pay includes hourly DOE, piecework, travel time, and bonuses. All tear off work and drying in are paid by the hour. Eve drip edge is installed during dry in. Installation of shingles is all piece rate starting at $31 per square on 3-6/12 for new construction and $35 per square on 3-6/12 for tear off installs. Every pitch after 6/12 is an increase in square rates. Top installers make $1,300 to $1,700 a week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install or repair roofing on new or existing residential homes.
• Remove old roofing material and prep for installation.
• Install new asphalt shingles, metal flashing, skylights, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 years of roofing experience installing asphalt shingles.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions at significant heights.
