This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, solving problems and completing each job with care. You will install and repair gutter systems that protect our customers' homes while working alongside a team committed to doing things the right way. What You'll Do Install and repair gutters, downspouts and gutter protection systems Complete projects according to Right Rate Roofing's quality and manufacturers' code Read and follow job instructions to meet project specifications Identify challenges and help determine practical solutions on the job Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite Communicate professionally with customers and team members Represent Right Rate Roofing with pride on every project What We're Looking For Gutter installation experience is strongly preferred Experience in siding, roofing, construction or remodeling is beneficial A strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work safely from heights Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds Interest in learning, improving and taking on greater responsibility Build Your Future With Right Rate Roofing This position offers more than another job.
