Job Description

Job Specific Description We are seeking a motivated Gutter Installer to join our fast-paced installation team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality exterior solutions for our customers. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to make on-site decisions that ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Precision Fabrication:

Operate and maintain the KWM Ironman gutter machine to custom-fabricate 5" and 6" K-style gutters to precise home measurements.

System Installation:

Expertly remove and replace existing gutter systems, ensuring structural integrity and proper water flow.

Structural Repair:

Perform repairs on fascia and sub-fascia boards as needed to provide a stable mounting surface for new gutter systems.

Site Management:

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times, including the thorough removal of debris upon project completion.

Communication:

Work effectively within a team environment, maintaining clear communication with crew members and homeowners throughout the installation process.

Requirements:

Technical Aptitude:

A foundational understanding of construction procedures, materials, and concepts.

Mathematical & Measurement Skills:

Ability to take precise home measurements and perform accurate mathematical calculations for custom gutter fabrication.

Physical Stamina:

Capacity to perform demanding physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions; requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs and maintain good balance at heights.

Safety & Awareness:

Demonstrated commitment to job site safety protocols, with excellent vision and spatial awareness to navigate complex roof lines and structures.

Problem-Solving:

Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and make informed decisions on the job site.

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
