Pay:

$45,000-$55,000/year, based on experience About the Role Rojas Roofing Indiana is looking for a hardworking, reliable Exteriors Installer/Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction background who wants to build a long-term career in the roofing and exteriors industry. No prior roofing experience required — we provide full hands-on training from our experienced installers. What You'll Do Work alongside team members to install exteriors projects, including roofing and siding Complete repair work independently Manage job sites as needed Run and organize materials for projects Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including through the winter season Climb ladders and work on rooftops safely and confidently Assist with the installation and repair of roofing systems, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, concrete forms, and other exterior components while maintaining proper safety protocols. Set up ladders and harnesses correctly for elevated work; adhere strictly to construction safety harnesses and ladder use guidelines. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris according to construction site safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while prioritizing safety and quality standards.
