About the Role We're looking for a motivated, physically capable individual to join our team as a Roof Rejuvenation Specialist. This role involves climbing residential roofs and applying a plant-based, 100% safe chemical compound (provided by us) to rejuvenate shingles. Each job takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work with the potential to grow. We're currently scheduling 3-4 jobs per week, with volume expected to increase in the coming months. Responsibilities Safely climb onto residential roofs using your own ladder Apply the provided chemical compound to shingles per our process Take clear before-and-after photos of each roof for job completion and payment Maintain a professional appearance while on the job site Requirements Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites Your own ladder suitable for safely accessing residential roofs Comfort working at heights and on sloped surfaces Vehicle must be unbranded — no business names, logos, or wraps representing another company. Any stickers must be covered while on the job site Must wear the company-provided hat and t-shirt while performing duties Must submit before-and-after photos of each roof to receive payment Pay & Schedule $225 per job, paid upon submission of before-and-after photos Flexible part-time schedule, 3-4 jobs per week to start Opportunity for increased hours/jobs as the business grows How to Apply Interested candidates should apply with a brief note on relevant experience (roofing, exterior work, ladder work, etc.) and confirmation that they have their own transportation and ladder.
Pay:
$60.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
