Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated. hardworking and detail-oriented Home Improvement Specialist to join our team. If you know your way around carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, siding + gutters, window + door replacement, concrete + masonry, decks - repair/building and more, we need you. This position requires a strong background in remodeling. All applicants must consent to a drug screen and background check. Must have a valid KY Drivers License. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years verifiable work experience. Must be able to go up + down ladders, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and sit, lift at least 50 lbs., work in hot, cold and humid temperatures, ability to see up close + at a distance and be able to pull a trailer on company truck. Responsibilities Handle a variety of home improvement jobs Collaborate with customers to get the job done right. Follow all safety rules and building codes. and posess good customer service skills. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Strong knowledge of construction / remodel processes and standards. Familiarity with rough+ trim carpentry, window + door installation, roofing, siding + guttering, drywall + painting and kitchens + baths. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members on construction sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and workmanship. Must be dependable, reliable and have a valid KY Drivers licence.
