Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Waterproofing & Stucco Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining exterior building surfaces and waterproofing systems to protect structures from moisture intrusion and deterioration. The ideal candidate will have experience with stucco repair, caulking, sealing, waterproof coatings, and exterior restoration projects. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform stucco repairs, patching, resurfacing, and color matching. Identify and repair cracks, leaks, and water intrusion issues. Install and maintain waterproofing systems and moisture barriers. Apply sealants, coatings, and weatherproofing materials. Conduct inspections and assess exterior building conditions. Prepare surfaces for repair and finishing applications. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. QualificationsRequired Experience in stucco repair, waterproofing, masonry, construction, or a related trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
