In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help enhance the curb appeal and structural integrity of our clients' properties while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, fabricate, and install various siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, metal siding. Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders. Adhere strictly to construction safety protocols such as harness use, ladder safety procedures, and workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents. Conduct roofing repairs or assist with roofing projects involving metal roofing or single-ply membrane roofing when required. Maintain a clean and organized work site while coordinating with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Follow all safety procedures including the use of construction safety harnesses and proper handling of tools and materials. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as carpentry, framing, or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, ladders, caulking guns, and fabrication tools safe Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is essential for this role.
