Job Description

Until Filled (CST) Laborers - 016 Ste. Genevieve, MO, USA 25.00-35.00 per hour Hourly Full Time McBride Homes is seeking a Construction Assistant to join our team for an upcoming community in the St. Genevieve and Farmington, MO areas. Salary Range:

$25.00 - $35.00/hr. depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Managing schedules for various trades Performing quality checks Assisting with final punch list completion Loading/unloading truck and hauling/hoisting materials Maintaining and securing job sites to eliminate potential hazards

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational school or trade experience a plus Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record 2 or more years of experience working on a job site Experience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion preferred Ability to lift items 50-100 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable McBride Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
