SCOPE OF WORK
Complete tear-off of existing roofing on the main barn roof only (approx. 22 squares / 2,198 sq ft) lower porch, sheds, garage, and siding are excluded and must not be disturbed Inspect full deck after tear-off; photograph and flag any soft, rotted, or hail-damaged sheathing for approval before replacement Install ice-and-water shield at eaves, and all roof penetrations Install synthetic underlayment and new drip edge Install new flashing at all penetrations, step/valley flashing at each dormer, and formed base chimney flashing around the cupola Install Class 4 impact-resistant architectural asphalt shingles (Desert Tan) to manufacturer spec, coursed correctly for the curved barrel/gambrel roof profile with an approximately 20-24 pitch Install full new matching ridge cap and ridge venting per spec Full debris removal, haul-off, and magnetic nail sweep of the work area, drives, and surrounding ground
JOB DETAILS
Estimated duration: 1 week (curved, multi-story roof with dormer/cupola detail work not a rush 2-3 day job) Crew size: 3-4 experienced roofers recommended

3-story barn structure, steep curved gambrel roof lift or scaffold access required, ladder-only access is not sufficient Materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, nails, etc.) supplied by Sentri Homes
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of roofing trade experience, with specific experience on curved/barrel roof profiles preferred Must have tools necessary to complete the job, including proper equipment for steep/curved roof access and fall protection Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos, including photos of any decking damage found before replacement
PAY 6,500
