Job Overview We are a locally owned construction company based in Reno. We provide seamless rain gutters constructed on site, and we are looking for motivated and detail oriented individuals. This position utilize a variety of hand and power tools, which prospective employees would need to supply. Ideal candidates are energetic, safety-conscious, and possess a strong work ethic with a passion for craftsmanship. Responsibilities Use ladders safely to access rooftops and elevated areas for gutter installation. Install seamless rain gutters and components using hand tools and power tools. Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and fastening of gutters to prevent leaks and water damage. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor regarding project progress. Experience Prior experience in gutter installation or related construction trades such as roofing, carpentry, masonry, or remodeling is highly preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures is essential. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on building material installation, roofing, drywall, or flooring is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to ladder use and working at heights is required. Excellent customer service skills are valued for interacting professionally with clients during project completion.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
