$20.00 - $28.00 / hour (Based on experience + Overtime & Winter Potential)

Syracuse, NY & Surrounding Central NY Area About Pro Snow Removal & Outdoor Living Pro Snow Removal is expanding our outdoor living division! We build custom paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and deck framing and construction designed to withstand Central New York's harsh freeze-thaw cycles. We are looking for a Hardscape Technician/Laborer who takes pride in physical work, wants to learn a valuable trade, and wants to be part of a high-quality team building custom outdoor structures from the ground up. build techniques, deck framing, and carpentry alongside experienced Foremen.

What You'll Do Daily Physical Execution:

Shovel stone, move aggregate base, wheelbarrow materials, perform grading/excavation, and prep bases.

Hardscape & Deck Installation:

Assist in setting pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, edge restraints, polymeric sand, as well as deck framing, post setting, and deck construction .

Site Maintenance:

Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and professional throughout the day.

Equipment & Tool Care:

Safely operate hand tools, plate compactors, saws, power drills, and framing tools under foreman guidance.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1+ years in hardscaping, deck building, rough carpentry, landscaping, masonry, concrete, or general construction preferred. (No hardscape or deck experience? We are willing to train candidates who are reliable, motivated, and physically ready!)

Physical Readiness:

Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, working on uneven ground, and working outdoors in heat, cold, or rain every day.

Dependability:

Arrive on time daily, stay off personal phones during work hours, follow instructions, and focus on safety.

Coachability:

Welcomes feedback from foremen, maintains a strong work ethic on repetitive tasks, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
