The Work You'll Be Doing As a Multi-Trade Craftsperson, you'll handle a wide range of building maintenance work in a single visit; masonry, caulking, tuckpointing, carpentry, touch-up, paint, patch work and more for clients across Greater Cleveland. Rather than specializing in just one trade, you'll be the go-to person who can diagnose and resolve issues across multiple trade areas without needing a specialist for every small job. On more complex properties, including historic and landmark buildings, you'll coordinate with our preservation specialists to keep projects moving. You'll bring technical versatility, clear communication and a strong customer- and team-first mindset to every job site. What You Bring — Required 3+ years of hands-on experience across two or more trades (e.g., carpentry, masonry, painting, caulking) OSHA 10 Certification Own hand tools spanning multiple trades Comfortable working at heights and on ladders/scaffolding Able to lift 75+ pounds and stand, bend or kneel for extended periods Valid Ohio Driver's License + reliable vehicle Professional, friendly and detail-oriented Team mindset with a willingness to grow and learn Nice to Have Experience with historic or architectural preservation techniques Lead-Safe RRP Certification Scaffold certification Experience reading blueprints or project specs OSHA 30 Certification Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime during peak season.
