Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Painting & Epoxy Craftsman to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with high-quality residential & new build painting projects while being fully trained on our specialized, high-end floor coating systems. If you are minimum 2/3 year recent experience with a painting company and residential sprayer who takes pride in their craft, thrives in an active environment, and is eager to learn a highly lucrative new trade, we want to hear from you. No prior epoxy experience is required—we will train you on our exact systems.

Key Responsibilities Residential Spraying & Painting:

Efficiently execute professional painting projects, primarily utilizing airless/HVAC sprayers on residential homes.

Epoxy Systems Training:

Learn our step-by-step systems to prep and install seamless, full-flake epoxy and polyaspartic floor systems.

Surface Preparation:

Operate heavy machinery, including a walk-behind floor grinder, to prepare concrete surfaces for coating.

Inventory & Prep:

Assist with loading/unloading materials, managing job-site inventory, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and clean.

Site Setup & Cleanup:

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site from start to finish, respecting our clients' property.

Position Requirements Experience:

!! Minimum of 3 years of experience spraying residential homes (interior and/or exterior).!!

Physical Stamina:

• Must be able to comfortably lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently (paint buckets, epoxy kits, grinders). Must be physically fit and comfortable working in the summer heat (garages, exteriors, unconditioned spaces).

Equipment Proficiency:

Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a concrete floor grinder.

Detail-Oriented:

A sharp eye for prep work, masking, and clean lines.

Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctual.

License & Transit:

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will meet directly at the job site.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
