Our projects are typically within a one-hour driving radius of Enola. The Opportunity We are looking for a Skilled Craftsman with solid residential remodeling experience who can consistently complete quality work with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position. You should be comfortable working across multiple areas of residential remodeling, understand how projects come together, and be able to take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish. You'll work alongside our Lead Installers and Project Managers on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and other remodeling projects while continuing to expand your skills and prepare for greater job-site leadership. Our defined career path provides opportunities to continue advancing: Skilled Craftsman → Lead Installer → Senior Lead Installer What You'll Do Perform hands-on installation work on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and other residential remodeling projects Complete assigned remodeling tasks independently with minimal supervision Perform general framing and carpentry work Install subfloor and LVP flooring Install basic trim, moldings, casing, interior doors, and windows Perform basic cabinetry installation Complete drywall installation and basic drywall finishing Perform painting and finish work to company quality standards Complete basic plumbing and electrical tasks within the scope of the project Assist with installation of tubs, shower pans, and wall systems Safely and properly operate common hand tools and power tools, including miter and table saws Read and follow product installation instructions and manuals Understand basic project timelines, sequencing, and what work needs to happen next Identify material, installation, or job-site issues and help develop solutions Assist in all phases of remodeling projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe job site Communicate effectively and professionally with Project Leads, teammates, and customers Accurately track project and task-specific hours using company software Upload progress photos, receipts, and other required project information Take ownership of mistakes, communicate issues, and help prevent them from recurring Step up to help run projects when necessary What We're Looking For Experience in multiple aspects of residential remodeling Strong general carpentry skills Ability to consistently produce quality work with minimal supervision Proficiency with common construction hand tools and power tools Ability to safely operate a miter saw and table saw for basic applications Ability to install basic trim, casing, doors, windows, and cabinetry Basic knowledge of residential plumbing and electrical work Ability to perform basic drywall finishing and painting Understanding of remodeling materials, terminology, and proper applications Understanding of project sequencing and construction timelines Ability to read and follow installation instructions and product manuals Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to recognize mistakes, take responsibility, and learn from them Professional communication skills with customers and coworkers Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and retain information Willingness to receive feedback and continually improve Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ownership of most common tools needed to perform your work Strong work ethic and team-first mentality Tools A Skilled Craftsman should own most of the common tools necessary to perform remodeling work, including items such as: Drill/driver Circular saw Reciprocating saw Oscillating multi-tool Sander Jig saw Work light Basic electrical tools Basic plumbing tools Drywall finishing tools Painting tools Common hand tools Your tool collection and capabilities should continue to grow as you progress toward a Lead Installer position. Pay & Career Growth $25
  • 28 per hour, based on skills and experience.
The Skilled Craftsman position is designed for remodelers who have developed beyond the apprentice level and can consistently complete quality work independently while contributing across multiple phases of a remodeling project. Team members typically progress within the pay range as they demonstrate increased skill, quality, efficiency, reliability, problem-solving ability, and ownership. The next step in our career path is Lead Installer ($29
  • 33/hour) , where team members take greater ownership of job-site execution, project timelines, customer communication, and mentoring less experienced team members.
