Metal Roofing Crew Needed -

Residential Re-Roof, Sundance, WY Job Location:

Sundance, WY Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Full tear-off of existing metal roofing down to bare decking (may include a layer of shingles underneath — plan crew time for a possible double tear-off, no scope change either way) Remove and dispose of old drip edge, flashing, and roof vents Inspect decking and replace damaged sheathing as needed (a set footage is pre-approved; anything beyond that needs PM sign-off before proceeding) Install new ice & water barrier underlayment across the full roof deck Install new flashing, drip edge, and roof venting Install new 29-gauge corrugated metal roofing panels, brown, matched to the existing roof Save and neatly stack all removed metal panels on site exactly where the homeowner directs — do not haul it off Clean out gutters as part of job completion (existing gutters are being reused, not replaced) Full jobsite cleanup and debris haul-away (nails, scrap, packaging, etc.)

JOB DETAILS

Estimated duration: approx. 1 week on site, weather and material delivery permitting Target start: within the next 1-2 weeks Other structures on the property are NOT part of this job — confirm scope with the PM on arrival before touching anything else Please be professional and courteous on site, and route any scope questions or changes through the Project Manager rather than negotiating directly with the homeowner

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Experience with exposed-fastener corrugated metal roofing preferred Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos PAY $3,500, labor only Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
