You'll use roofing tools and equipment, handle materials, set up fall protection, and help complete jobs safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded Commercial roofing or related construction experience Willing to work overtime when needed Able to travel and stay out of town for 3-4 weeks at a time Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices Valid driver's license for company-driving positions Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening Eligible to work in the United States Physical Requirements This is hands-on, physical work.

You must be able to:

Regularly lift and move 50-100 lbs.
