This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong repair experience across multiple roofing systems and the ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on roofing systems including: Asphalt shingles Modified bitumen TPO Metal roofing Repair and replace vents and pipe jacks Conduct water tests to identify and confirm leak sources Pick up and return extra materials as needed Complete assigned daily tasks with attention to detail Report to the Production Manager at the end of each workday Accurately upload project details into CRM Provide professional customer interaction on job sites Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Compensation Piecework compensation Earn 10% per job completed High earning potential based on performance and productivity Company truck may be provided (based on qualifications) Requirements 3+ years of roofing experience preferred 1+ year experience as a Crew Lead Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable bending, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights Able to work in outdoor elements (heat, cold, wind, etc.) Must follow safety guidelines at all times Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Team-oriented with leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities Professional and customer-focused
