Clearview Safety Glass — Bryan/College Station, TX Independent Contractor — Per-Project, full-time on-call Frameless & Semi-Frameless Glass Pool Fencing | Residential & Commercial About Clearview Clearview Safety Glass is a growing residential and commercial glass fencing company based in Bryan, TX, serving the Austin, Dallas, and Central Texas markets. We specialize in custom frameless and semi-frameless glass fencing railings. We take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, personalized service, and attention to detail on every project. The Role We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Field Installer / Foreman in training to join our team as an independent contractor on a per-project, full-time basis. You'll work alongside our lead installer on residential and commercial glass fencing projects across Texas until fully trained to take on your own crew. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that's scaling up. What You'll Do Assist lead installer with loading/unloading materials, installation, and site cleanup Handle and transport tempered glass panels safely Prep job sites including drilling, anchoring, and leveling Perform return visits to job sites for minor adjustments, alterations, or inspections Maintain tools and equipment; keep job sites clean and organized Travel to job sites across Texas. initially be traveling with current crew until trained. May require personal transportation at times. a truck will be provided. (Dallas, Austin, Central TX) Complete post-installation documentation and photos via Connecteam Over time: assist with site measurements and client consultations (separate commission structure) What We're Looking For Construction, fencing, glazing, or related trade experience preferred (not required — we'll train the right person) Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs and working outdoors in Texas weather Presenting clean cut and presentable for engaging with clients Proficient in interpersonal communications skills Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (required) Willingness to travel for multi-day projects across Texas Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team player attitude Basic smartphone skills for Connecteam (scheduling, photos, job details) Ability to carry auto insurance as an independent contractor Compensation First 90 days (trial period): $200/full day,| $100/half day After 90 days negotiation based on performance-based increase) At 5 days/week post-trial, you have the potential to make $1,650+/week Invoicing following current payroll dates through our platform zoho Opportunity to earn additional commission for client consultations and measurements as you grow What We Offer Hands-on training in a specialized, high-demand trade Clear path to higher pay after 90-day trial Opportunity to grow into a crew lead role as the company expands Flexible, project-based scheduling Work on beautiful, high-end residential properties across Texas Specialized installation materials provided by the company How to
