Prior experience in septic system installation, excavation, or a related construction trade preferred Comfortable operating and maintaining heavy equipment Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) OSHA safety standards and Texas OSSF regulations Self-motivated — able to manage a job site independently and communicate with the office/regulatory contacts as needed Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship Why Join Homefield This is a growth-stage role for someone who wants stability now and upside later. A minimum base pay is in place while we build out territory volume, with a planned transition to full commission as the business scales — meaning early team members have real opportunity to grow their earnings alongside the company. Top installers control their own schedule, take pride in clean, code-compliant installs, and grow with a company that's actively expanding across new territories.
