Perform installation tasks including Gutters, Gutter Covers, Fascia. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related field is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong physical stamina with the ability to work efficiency on a ladder! This position operates on a commission basis, meaning your work ethic directly influences your earnings. This compensation is shared among the scheduled team members. We have several drills available in the service truck for your use upon hiring, but you will need to provide your own battery-powered impact driver.
