Overview Join our construction team as a Siding Installer and/or Framer, where you will help transform building exteriors and framing structures with precision and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in siding installation, framing, and related construction tasks as your experience and experience allows. We are a full service remodeling company so having a diverse skill set is highly beneficial. Looking to hire right away. Responsibilities Install various types of siding materials including vinyl, metal, stucco, and other exterior cladding products according to project specifications and safety standards Frame walls, ceilings, and structural components using metal studs, wood based on blueprints and technical drawings Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of framing and siding tasks Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety harnesses effectively while adhering to all construction safety regulations Perform roofing repairs and install single-ply membrane roofing or metal roofing systems as needed for project completion Conduct heavy lifting safely during material handling and assist with masonry or remodeling tasks when required Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites Skills Proven experience in siding installation, framing, roofing repair, or related construction fields with knowledge of metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical plans Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses for outdoor work environments Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including proper use of fall protection equipment Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into precise on-site work Experience with masonry, stucco application, concrete forming, caulking, and remodeling projects is a plus Physical strength for heavy lifting and endurance for outdoor work conditions; comfort working at heights or on ladders Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
