Pay is piece rate not hourly, we are very heavy into quality installs and hard work. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace roofing materials including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and other specialized systems Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure roofing components Ensure compliance with construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and workplace safety regulations at all times Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to proper safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized worksite by following safety protocol adherence guidelines throughout each project Skills Construction estimating experience for project planning and material procurement Proficiency in roofing repair techniques across various materials including metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems Strong understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and overall construction workplace safety regulations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and masonry equipment with precision Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency Knowledge of remodeling processes such as siding installation, stucco application, concrete forming, masonry work, metal stud framing, and handyman tasks Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in the roofing industry!
