how water moves, where flashing needs to go, what separates a tight install from one that fails in ten years.

Day to day that means measuring and cutting metal panels, setting them straight and secure, forming custom flashing details around chimneys, valleys, and edges, and finishing every job so it looks as good as it performs. The work is hands-on and physical, and the crew takes real pride in leaving a site cleaner and sharper than they found it. new technicians begin at $50k and grow from there, while those with current field experience come in higher.

Either way, there's a clear path to $115k as your skills develop. Quarterly performance bonuses on top of base pay.
