Job Description

Sentri Homes is seeking an experienced roofing subcontractor or small roofing crew for a detached garage roof replacement. You supply the labor, tools, equipment, and installation. Scope of Work Tear off and dispose of the existing three-tab asphalt shingle roof. Inspect the roof deck and replace approximately 2 sheets of 7/16" OSB where damaged. Install ice & water shield. Install synthetic roofing underlayment. Install new metal drip edge. Install starter shingles. Install approximately 332 sq. ft. of new three-tab asphalt shingles . Install matching ridge cap. Replace flashing and pipe boots as needed. Perform final cleanup, including a magnetic nail sweep. Requirements Experience installing asphalt shingle roofing. Ability to complete work according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

$1,500.00 per day
