Full-Time We are looking for a high-level construction worker who can execute residential renovation projects with minimal supervision. This is not a general labor position and not a foreman position. This is a performance-based role for someone who can show up, execute work at a high level, and take ownership of projects. We are looking for operators, not employees. Someone who takes pride in their work, solves problems, works efficiently, and wants consistent work with performance-based pay and growth opportunities. Work is steady, year-round residential renovation and construction work. Pay $20-$30 per hour base pay depending on skill level Up to $4/hour in performance bonuses Performance Bonuses +$2/hour if job is completed on time and under budget +$2/hour if work meets quality standards with no rework required If work must be redone due to quality issues, rework is completed on the employee's time and materials are deducted from the bonus pool. Responsibilities Must be able to handle multiple aspects of residential renovations including: Demolition Basic framing Drywall installation and repair Interior painting Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile) Finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets) Assist subcontractors with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work Troubleshoot job site problems Maintain clean and organized job sites Complete tasks on schedule Upload daily progress photos Plan materials and tasks in advance Job Standards (Non-Negotiable) Must have own vehicle Must have basic tools 5 Minute Early Rule - You are working at start time, not arriving Job site must be cleaned and organized daily Daily progress photos required Materials must be planned 48 hours in advance Professional attitude with neighbors, clients, and subcontractors Must pass background check Must pass drug test Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on job sites
