DOE (Depends on Experience) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Fabricator to join our team in West Sacramento. The HVAC Fabricator is responsible for fabricating sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components according to project specifications and industry standards. The ideal candidate has experience working with sheet metal, fabrication equipment, and HVAC systems in a shop environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Fabricate rectangular, round, and specialty ductwork for commercial and residential HVAC projects. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications. Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and install sheet metal components. Operate fabrication equipment including brakes, shears, rollers, plasma tables, presses, and power tools. Assemble HVAC fittings, transitions, curbs, and custom sheet metal products. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain production schedules and meet daily fabrication goals. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials as needed. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of sheet metal or HVAC fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Experience using fabrication equipment and hand tools. Knowledge of HVAC duct systems and sheet metal fabrication processes. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
