In this role, you will be responsible for translating engineering designs into reality by configuring equipment and producing high-precision metal components via laser cutters, punch presses, and CNC press brakes.

Hours:
Monday through Friday (7:30 AM•4:00 PM or 1:30 PM•9:00 PM) Core Responsibilities Analyze engineering specifications, work orders, and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate production. Configure and manage the operation of CNC punch presses, laser cutters, press brakes, hardware insertion equipment, and shears. Ensure high-quality output by performing precise layout, bending, cutting, and assembly of mild steel and aluminum components. Maintain high production standards by utilizing calipers, micrometers, and other measurement devices for in-process quality checks. Utilize various manual and power tools, such as drills, taps, belt sanders, and pneumatic riveters, to complete fabrication tasks. Work alongside engineering and quality assurance departments to resolve production challenges and improve manufacturing workflows. Support a safe and efficient production environment by performing regular machine upkeep and following all safety protocols. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in precision sheet metal fabrication. Advanced ability to interpret mechanical schematics and understand material gauges and fabrication techniques. Proven technical proficiency with power tools, manual hand tools, and precision measurement instruments. Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for the duration of a shift and lifting up to 60 lbs. Demonstrated capacity for independent work, self-management, and extreme attention to detail.
Preferred:
Technical or vocational training, experience with TRUMPF equipment, knowledge of machine software, expertise in tooling, or experience within medical, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing sectors.
