Role Overview Fabricators are essential in shaping, welding, and preparing metal components for our commercial foodservice equipment. This role ensures that parts meet precise specifications, supports production efficiency, and contributes to the durability and quality that Hoshizaki is known for worldwide.
Location :
Peachtree City, GA or Griffin, GA - select your preferred facility
Schedule :
4-10 hour shifts (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Fridays are required based on production needs. Additional shifts or overtime may be scheduled as needed to meet production demands.
Department :
Production/Manufacturing Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to specifications. Perform welding, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet quality and safety standards. Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and meet production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a similar manufacturing role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to safety and working in a team-oriented environment. Hourly Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $[17.00] per hour for Fabricator I, $[19.00] per hour for Fabricator II, and $[20.00] per hour for Fabricator III. These rates represent Hoshizaki America's good-faith estimate of compensation for each level. Candidates should expect placement at the Fabricator I level, with higher levels determined by internal qualifications and demonstrated skills. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
