Sheet Metal Responsibilities:

Visually inspect sheet metal for imperfections
Check length of metal using a tape measure
Stack metal onto racks with the correct piece count
Clean sheet metal by shaking and wiping down surfaces
Maintain a work area free of scrap and excess materials
Read and follow blueprints and work orders accurately Requirements for

Sheet Metal:

Experience with computers or CNC-operated machines helpful
Experience using calipers, angle finders, and tape measures helpful
Experience with bending or fabricating equipment such as brake presses, punch presses, or shears helpful
Able to lift 30 lbs. throughout the shift
Able to work in hot environments
Able to perform fast-paced hand-eye movements
