Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our production team. This position involves cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal components used in our lighting fixtures. The ideal candidate has experience with metalworking tools, the ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sheet metal fabrication equipment, including press brakes, shears, and punches. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Cut, bend, and shape metal sheets to precise specifications. Perform welding, grinding, and finishing as required. Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication machinery as needed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
