Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Installer position based in Elk Grove, CA. You will handle the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar systems on rooftops and ground mounts. But here, the work is about more than just bolting racks and wiring panels. We operate by a strict code.

Proficiency with power and hand tools, with an obsessive eye for clean execution. Working knowledge of solar systems and current industry best practices. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, with the ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work (must be able to lift 50 lbs). High school diploma or GED required; NABCEP or relevant certifications are a strong plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
