We're a home improvement and exterior remodeling team focused on high-quality installation and great customer experience. This role supports our Production department. We're hiring Gutter and Gutter Protection Installers to install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems on residential homes. You'll work as part of a field crew to deliver clean, safe, and durable installs. Key Responsibilities Safely set up and work from ladders, rooflines, and lift equipment when needed Measure, cut, assemble, and install seamless gutter systems, downspouts, and accessories Install gutter protection systems per manufacturer specifications Seal and fasten systems to ensure proper drainage and long-term performance Protect customer property; clean up the site at the end of each job Communicate progress/issues to the crew lead and production team Qualification Minimum of 2 years of gutter and gutter protection installation experience required Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use common hand/power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and strong attendance Benefits Consistent work with a supportive crew Training and skill development in exterior systems Opportunities to grow into lead installer / crew leadership

Pay:

$22.50 - $30.00 per hour
