The ideal candidate will have experience refinishing bathtubs, showers, sinks, vanities, countertops, tile, and cabinets for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Compensation is based on piecework (production pay), allowing experienced technicians to maximize their earnings based on productivity and quality of work. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and repairing imperfections. Refinish bathtubs, showers, sinks, vanities, countertops, tile, and cabinets. Apply primers, coatings, and finishing materials using professional spray equipment and refinishing techniques. Perform repairs to chipped, cracked, and damaged surfaces as needed. Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish and customer satisfaction. Maintain company tools, equipment, and a clean work area. Follow company safety procedures and established refinishing methods. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout San Diego County. Qualifications Previous experience in bathtub, countertop, tile, cabinet, or surface refinishing required . Experience using spray equipment and surface preparation techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Good work ethic and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
