POSITION PURPOSE A

Marble and Granite Installer cuts, tools, and sets marble slabs in floors and walls of buildings and repairs and polishes slab previously set in buildings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Cut, surface, polish and installs marble and granite or install pre-cast terrazzo, granite, or marble units. Mix, apply, and spread mortar to slabs. Polish and finish all installations to customers standards. Fill joints with grout and remove excess grout from marble with sponge. Discuss any concerns with Foreman/Project Manager to ensure items get corrected. Participates in daily huddles and practices safety as a priority on all job sites. Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years of Marble & Granite experience.
