Full-Time Pay:

$20-$30/hour (based on demonstrated experience) Join our dynamic team as a Remodeling & Property Services Technician. Southerly Home Improvements is a family-owned remodeling and property services company serving the Delaware Beaches, and surrounding areas. We're looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, understand the importance of communication and customer care, and want to work with a growing company. This position begins as a part-time , with hours based on our current workload as we continue to grow our customer base. Our goal is to increase hours and transition the right person into a consistent full-time role. Whether you're an experienced remodeling professional or have just some construction experience looking to continue learning, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do (Based on Your Experience Level) Southerly is growing in both remodeling and property services, so every day is different.

You may be:

Completing home repairs and maintenance Assisting with kitchen and bathroom remodels Installing trim, doors, hardware, flooring, and cabinetry Performing drywall repairs and basic painting Helping with demolition and jobsite preparation Troubleshooting punch-list items Completing maintenance, inspections and property service work Picking up materials and keeping jobs organized Working independently on some projects and alongside the owner on others Every day is different—but every project has one thing in common: taking care of our customers and treating their homes with the same respect we would our own. What We're Looking For We're hiring for attitude just as much as experience. You might be a great fit if you: Are dependable and show up when you say you will Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and co-workers Take pride in producing quality workmanship Can work both independently and as part of a small team Can safely operate common hand and power tools Can lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Understand the importance of jobsite safety Experience in any of the following is a plus: Remodeling Framing Drywall installation and repair Trim carpentry Flooring Tile installation Painting Basic plumbing Basic electrical HVAC experience Property maintenance Don't check every box?
