The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction, landscaping, and experience with hardscape projects. The role involves installing various types of pavers, retention walls, and landscaping needs, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Paver Installer will also perform other landscaping projects Duties Install pavers for driveways, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features according to project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and laying pavers. Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and concrete forming as needed. Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards. Conduct quality inspections of installed pavers to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Maintain clean and organized job sites by managing debris and equipment properly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns regarding their landscapes. Assist in the training of other staff or apprentices in installation techniques and safety practices. Ability to perform landscaping task such has sodding, mulching, rocks, tree services, etc. Requirements Proven experience in construction with a focus on hardscape installation. MUST be FULLY knowledgeable in hardscape, pavers and retention walls. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to paver installation. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. MUST have a valid driver's license. MUST have a reliable means of transportation.
