$50,000-$80,000+ Annual Earning Potential Base Compensation + Revenue Sharing + Commissions + Tips | Paid Training Oxi Fresh is seeking an EXPERIENCED, hardworking, professional Tile & Grout Cleaning Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on, professional tile and grout deep-cleaning experience to serve residential and commercial customers throughout Palm Beach County.

THIS IS NOT A HOUSEKEEPING, JANITORIAL, OR GENERAL FLOOR-CLEANING POSITION.

We need someone experienced in professional tile and grout deep cleaning using commercial-grade scrubbing equipment, specialized cleaning solutions, and grout-cleaning techniques — NOT someone whose experience is limited to mopping, routine floor maintenance, or light tile cleaning. The ideal candidate is reliable, outgoing, physically capable, comfortable working independently, and motivated to provide exceptional service while increasing earnings through sales and performance. In addition to Tile & Grout you will also perform carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning after training in Oxi Fresh methods

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform professional tile & grout deep cleaning in residential and commercial properties Operate professional scrubbing equipment and use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques Remove embedded dirt, grime, and buildup from tile surfaces and grout lines Inspect floors, identify cleaning challenges, and explain expected results to customers Perform carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning after training in Oxi Fresh methods Drive a company van to customer homes and businesses Recommend additional cleaning services based on customer needs Provide exceptional customer service and generate 5-star reviews, referrals, and repeat business Collect payments and accurately complete job records Maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and company vehicle

COMPENSATION

$50,000-$80,000+ Annual Earning Potential Base compensation provided — subject to established performance and productivity standards 20% revenue share on booked jobs 20%-40% commission on additional services sold 100% of earned customer tips Performance incentives and bonuses Paid training Strong performers have the opportunity to exceed $80,000 annually This is a performance-based, revenue-sharing position — not a traditional hourly or salaried role.

SCHEDULE

Full-time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays Monday-Saturday with one weekday off; closed Sundays Typical jobs scheduled 8:00 AM-5:30 PM Schedule flexibility required Occasional jobs before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM may be required
