From installing fixtures to executing complex tile masonry and plumbing work, you'll play a vital part in creating beautiful, functional spaces that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of bathroom remodels. Install plumbing fixtures, electrical components, flooring, tiles, and building materials with accuracy and attention to detail. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and efficiently to complete various installation tasks. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, adherence to blueprints, and safety compliance across all phases of remodeling. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish of all components. Manage construction site activities including material fabrication, framing, concrete forming, caulking, stucco application, gutter installation, and fixture setup. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the remodeling process. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise project execution. Strong knowledge of construction management principles combined with estimating skills for project planning. Experience with tile masonry, flooring installation, drywall framing, and building material installation. Skilled in plumbing work, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation, and restoration techniques. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders safely; experience with gutter installation is a plus. Excellent dimensional measurement skills using tape measures; adept at following blueprint specifications accurately. Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance practices. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members professionally. Portuguese is a plus!
