Job Description

Monument Installer Full-Time Memorials by Michel Solon, IA Hands-On Outdoor Work | Equipment Operation | Employee-Owned Company Memorials by Michel is hiring a full-time Monument Installer. This is skilled, outdoor, hands-on work installing granite memorials at cemeteries. In this role, youll operate equipment, dig foundations, and place headstones. This position is located in our Solon location.

What Youll Do:

Travel to cemetery sites to install monuments using maps/layoutsDig foundations using mini-excavator and/or hand toolsMix/pour concrete and set monumentsUse hoists/cranes to place headstonesLevel, seal, polish, and clean memorialsFollow site layouts and installation specsHelp maintain trucks and equipment

What Youll Need :

Valid drivers license with a clean record and insurableExperience with hands-on installation work and operating equipment safelyAble to perform heavy physical labor daily /lifting up to 70 lbs. regularlyComfortable working outdoors year-roundReliable and shows up ready to workCDL A (or willingness to get one within 6 months) Why Memorials by Michel?
