The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of bathroom renovation processes, including plumbing, electrical work, tile masonry, and fixture installation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead remodeling projects from conception through completion, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, following blueprint specifications, and managing various construction tasks with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Execute bathroom remodeling projects by installing fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and wall coverings in accordance with design plans and technical specifications. Perform plumbing and electrical work safely and efficiently, adhering to local codes and regulations. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure precise material fitting. Interpret construction plans and blueprints to guide project execution and coordinate with other trades. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely to complete tasks effectively. Manage the installation of building materials such as stucco, caulking, plastering, gutters, and masonry components. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of the remodel. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded through excellent customer service. Assist in estimating project costs by evaluating materials needed and labor requirements. Skills Extensive experience with bathroom remodeling projects including tile laying, flooring installation, fixture setup, and cabinetry. Proficiency in Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Expertise in plumbing systems, electrical wiring, carpentry (including framing and door hanging), masonry, plastering, caulking, stucco application, gutter installation, and drywall finishing. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Familiarity with building material installation processes such as tile masonry and fixture mounting. Excellent dimensional measurement skills for precise cuts and placements. Experience with fabrication techniques for custom fixtures or components. Knowledge of safety procedures related to ladder use and working at heights. Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients throughout projects. Ability to follow detailed blueprints and technical drawings accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
