Reborn Renovations & Disaster services LLC is seeking a motivated, hard-working, and dependable Remodeling Technician to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team that helps homeowners/commercial restore and improve their homes and buildings. Responsibilities included (but are not limited to): Perform all aspects of remodeling and restoration: Sheetrock installation & finishing Trim work & interior finish carpentry Flooring installation (carpet, tile, laminate, etc.) Bathroom & kitchen remodels General home repair and improvement Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with co-workers & customers. Be willing to work overtime when required. Maintain quality control throughout the remodeling process and address any issues that arise promptly. Requirements Must be a motivated self-starter and reliable team player Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work. We have work vehicles to get to the job site. No felony convictions-background checks are required. Must pass a driver's licenses check, drug screening, & background check. Ability to lift and move materials/tools safely Strong work ethic and positive attitude Bilingual is a plus
