About Nantucket Stone Nantucket Stone is a premier custom stonework company serving Cape Cod and Nantucket. We operate out of a state-of-the-art fabrication facility equipped with the latest machinery in the industry. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled Stone Fabricator & Installer who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency. We are not in a rush to fill this seat—we are intentionally searching for the right candidate to join our tight-knit, high-performing team. Position Overview In this role, you will work alongside our highly experienced fabrication and installation teams, helping streamline shop operations and job-site installations. You will work with premium materials—including granite, marble, and quartz—to deliver exceptional products for high-end residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities Fabrication:

Measure, cut, edge, polish, and detail stone slabs (quartz, marble, granite) using modern shop machinery and hand tools.

Installation:

Assist in loading, transporting, and installing custom countertops, vanities, and specialized stonework on site.

Team Collaboration:

Complement existing lead installers to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and improve job-site efficiency.

Quality Control:

Ensure all finished products meet our strict standards for fit, finish, and detail before and during installation.

Requirements & Qualifications Industry Experience:

Non-entry-level. Prior hands-on experience in stone fabrication and installation is required.

Travel:

Ability and willingness to travel to Nantucket as needed. (
