Job Description

Metropolitan is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our Stone Department! If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee stone countertop installations at residential and commercial job sites Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently Read and interpret drawings and job specifications Communicate professionally with customers and team members Train and mentor installation team members Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Qualifications:

Previous stone countertop installation experience required Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour
