Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Tile Installation Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with general construction knowledge who is eager to learn a skilled trade in a tile setting. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Assist tile installers with the preparation, layout, and installation of tile surfaces. Perform general construction duties including material handling, surface prep, mixing, and cleanup. Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and materials. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Safely operate hand and power tools. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience in general construction or a related field preferred. Ability to listen, follow directions, and retain information. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Clean, professional appearance and positive work ethic. Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn and grow in the trade.
