As a Caretaker, you are going to have the exciting opportunity to work with people of all different backgrounds and assist moving them into their new homes. The Caretaker will attain and maintain occupancy of properties overseen by the position. This role also will include performing routine and unexpected maintenance needs for all of the properties while keeping them up to code and state regulation. This role will also include tasks indoors, outdoors and in environments that include pets. We are looking for someone with previous maintenance experience. Strong candidates will also have the skills listed below:
