As a key member of our landscaping crew, you'll take part in transforming residential and commercial properties through high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade, from excavation to installation, while working alongside skilled professionals who value precision and teamwork.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing general landscape and hardscape labor Operating and maintaining power tools and equipment Assisting with demolition, excavation, and material handling Installing retaining walls, pavers, fences, and concrete features Completing tasks such as seeding, sodding, and plant/tree installation Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized worksite Following project plans and supervisor instructions Are You a Good Fit? You'll thrive here if you bring: A positive attitude and strong work ethic A passion for the outdoors and physical work Dependability and punctuality The ability to lift 100 lbs and stay on task Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment A desire to learn and grow in the landscaping trade Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or masonry is a plus, but not required. We provide on-the-job training and real growth opportunities. What Work Schedule Is Required? Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Pay is issued every other Friday .

Work Location:
You'll be working outdoors at various project sites throughout Mid-Missouri , with a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork. Education Requirements /
Skills:
No formal degree required, training provided OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation required Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing manual labor Bonus Perks /
